Pilates

Pilates is designed to uniformly strengthen the core muscles – abdominals, lower back and pelvis. The exercises develop increased mental focus and body awareness. Benefits include increased upper and lower body strength, protection of the low back from injury and improved overall posture.

Core Fusion

A fusion of Pilates and a variety of other strengthening exercises designed to target the core muscles. This class involves the use of various props (exercise ball, resistance bands, etc.) to keep the workout fun and motivating.

Abs a la Carte

This half hour class incorporates a balanced series of core (abdominals, low back and pelvis) strengthening exercises with an emphasis on effective and efficient ways to target the abdominal muscles.
