Prenatal Yoga8:30 am - 9:45 am The prenatal yoga program at Invivo is designed to promote flexibility, muscle toning and strengthening, as well as improve balance and circulation throughout the pregnancy. Classes will also include breathing and relaxation techniques that will help you prepare for labor and delivery. Weekly prenatal yoga classes are led by instructors trained to work with the unique experiences of pregnancy. Each class includes restorative poses, adjustments and liberal use of support props. A prenatal yoga class is also a great way to meet other pregnant women and feel a sense of community in a supportive and holistic environment. Students are welcome to bring in any additional props for ease and comfort during classes. Invivo provides mats, straps, blocks and blankets. Support bolsters will be available for sale at Invivo. Prenatal Yoga8:30 am - 9:45 am The prenatal yoga program at Invivo is designed to promote flexibility, muscle toning and strengthening, as well as improve balance and circulation throughout the pregnancy. Classes will also include breathing and relaxation techniques that will help you prepare for labor and delivery. Weekly prenatal yoga classes are led by instructors trained to work with the unique experiences of pregnancy. Each class includes restorative poses, adjustments and liberal use of support props. A prenatal yoga class is also a great way to meet other pregnant women and feel a sense of community in a supportive and holistic environment. Students are welcome to bring in any additional props for ease and comfort during classes. Invivo provides mats, straps, blocks and blankets. Support bolsters will be available for sale at Invivo.
